PORNSTARS – BUDAPEST

Two Pornstars went to California, for a real adventure. István and Gergő participated in the building of the reOnion Art Installation at the Burning Man in Black Rock City, Nevada, USA. The team performed really really bad meanwhile in Austria. 13th place in the OPL3, and similarly bad on the MPL in Hungary. Back in Europe we went to the last round of the OPBL, and got the 3rd place on the tournament, therefore we finished this season on the third place. We would like to say thank you for everyone involved, Teams, Marshall, Organisers, it was a good season.

Vlado and Dano, two experienced and good players asked us to help them out with the Slovakian 3-man X-ball tournament, and invited us to play with their team.
I think I never saw such a small field before. We had a lot of stress with the marshals, and the marshalling, but enjoyed playing X-ball with this traditional well known team.

We participated in this practice tournament with two teams and 5 players, our stronger team got the fist place. Thanks for everyone, it was fun!

This weekend, the second round of the Slovakian Paintball League took place on the Patriots field in Budapest. We want to extend our team to be 5-man tournament compatible, and one of our players who supposed to come misunderstood the situation and canceled the day before, therefore we decided we give new players a chance. First tournament for Krisztián Bokor, who is playing paintball since two months, and first tournament for Miklós Paulik in our team. We lost against two teams, which meant third place for us. Thanks for everyone who participated.

The weekend was nice, the tournament is nice, the event was nice, everything is really nice, especially since we got the first place.
We thought we will have to stick with the second place after playing all matches, but for our surprise, even with the last round of the finals lost, we got the cup of the first place. We would like to say thank you to Tacepao from festeklovesz.info for his help, and everyone else involved in the event.

On the classic 3M on Saturday we were quite disappointed, when we realized that there will be no finals. We knew we were doing good, but didn’t know how good, and we offered friendly to the teams and organizers to play finals. The last mach against the Team old School was the decision mach, and we were able to make it. First place, with the Gold Cup.
On Sunday’s X-ball we didn’t make it to the finals, we played a bit better than lat time, and we are looking forward for the next rounds.

Bence got sick the day before, we didnt know if he could play at all, still he played well and at the end of the day, he was the player of the day.
One of our markers got sick too, after a proper cleaning we had to realise that we can not service it there. Thanks to Tacepao, the guy behind festeklovesz.info I could play with his GEO-one marker.

On the MPL-3M we were the leading team in the qualifying, after playing all our matches before the lunch break. We had no matches in the afternoon, and sitting ducks for several hours was not a good warm-up for the semifinals. The Slovakian team Monsters A got the gold, The Romanian PPZ Saint George team got the silver,  and we took the bronze cup. Totally there where 18 teams, therefore we are quite happy with the results.

On the MPL-X qualifying we were able to beat the Hungarian Danger Paintball team, but unfortunately PPZ and Blast were beating us. As this was the first X-ball tournament in Hungary, and the first X-ball match for us, the situation was quite new especially for us, and we were learning the differences of this kind of gameplay. It was a nice experience. Gold for Stoneface, Silver for Blast, And Bronze for PPZ Saint George.
